Here’s a clever little new track from Brooklyn band Yeasayer. Warping instruments melt and bend around “ahhs” and stark vocals for the beginning verse, and the track unravels into several mini-songs, culminating in a backing choir and jazz piano outro. This track offers a lot to listen for on repeat listens and seamlessly keeps surprising when each new section is revealed. This is the only track revealed so far by the band, from their new release, which is due out April 1.
